Please excuse my ignorance - I am starting a small side business as a vehicle valeter / eventually a detailer.

Checking out my local competition only one of them states on their website that they are fully licensed. Does this just basically mean that they have all the relevant insurance and registered as business with HMRC? Or does it mean something totally different.

Like I say I only want to start by giving basic valet's internal / external before going through some training in paint correction DA use etc.

As long as you've got public liability cover I can't see there being a problem

That’s hilarious! That would really put me off using them. I’d be wondering what other BS they were telling me about their work.
