VW Taigo - rear drivers side door trim damage

Hi All,

I was parked up in a car park this week and someone has caught the plastic trim on the door

It’s bent back and ripped by about an inch. Would anyone know the likely cost to know of replacing the trim is easy / or an expensive body shop fix?
