2K paints

do you need a license to buy 2K isocyanate type paints, or can I just pop into a local paintstore and buy it. (Don’t worry I know I need all sorts protective stuff to spray it/handle it)

You can just go in & buy, but be aware that most factors have ceased to offer 2k colours (now water borne with clear 2k HS lacquer).
