Alloy wheel paint

I'm about to start refurbing a set of alloy wheels. Is regular car paint OK for wheels or is there some special paint type i need to use instead?

Yep, regular and a good few coats of clearcoat will do the trick.

Just make sure you use an etching undercoat to stick to the wheels before you top coat them ..
