Lexus black velvet scratches

I noticed these few scratches on front wing, I tried a bit of cut one but hazed it so left the rest, doesn't appear to be down to metal more lacker, would a detailer / smart repair be able to remove them / make them less noticeable? Car is 6 months old seems to scratch very easily, can't tell if keys or I did use a jet wash at garage recently so might have been hose.

Apparently it does, but it was sat on my drive in the sun today all afternoon and didn't repair itself. Thanks
