Getting some new wheels - non OEM cheapies. Is it worth Ceramic coating these prior to getting the tyres fitted? If so any recommendations?

I did this when I had some wheels refurbed a few years ago (They were off the car as I was on winter wheels).

I used the Carbon collective Platinum wheels kit. It worked really well, gave it 2 coats (one coat on each, left in the sun for an hour or 2 then a second coat) and was still working well a few years later when I sold the car.

Only thing I would say would be to buy extra applicators as the box only gives you like 2 or 4 and I wanted to use a fresh one for each wheel and each coat, and once the product is dry the applicators are basically toast. Also, dont put it on too thick as it then becomes a nightmare to get off any streaks/runs etc.
