I went last year for the weekend, really enjoyed it, the usual array of historic and classic racers but Spa is a wonderful circuit in a great setting. It's nowhere near as crowded as the Le Mans Classic and we had no traffic problems in or out on either day. More like a busy club race atmosphere. I'd recommend it. p.s. the weather was good when we were there, it'd be a pig in the rain.

Probably my favourite meeting - only ever competed in the support races but always stayed to watch the 6 hour race cannot recommend it enough - no problems going anywhere to watch/take photos but I would recommend the cafe/bistro on the top of the GP pits for a great view.

Have fun

A great weekend, as others have said, no traffic problems, great racing, stunning cars, good circuit access.

IIRC, it's the 26th and 27th of September.

I've been going the last couple of years, the atmosphere and setting are great.
Dinkel and Klassiekerrally are there each and every time as well it seems biggrin

Epic event and as racers say: best date on the calendar.

Will arrive the fridaymorning at 9. Will do my usual La Source snapping - cars on request - and paddock walks.

There's so much to see and enjoy, so many stories. Looking forward to see my racing friends and meet new peeps.

I am going over for the first time this year. Early Friday morning Eurotunnel so hoping to get to Spa for lunchtime to catch a bit of qualifying.
There is a 'small' thread running on the TVRCC site re this and it looks like there will be a few Tiv's going over.

It means that I wont be quite so glum on the Sunday night after the Goodwood Revival has ended, knowing I get another full on weekend of Classic Motorsport a few days later!
