Hello ClassicHeads,
is anyone from here going to Techno Classica in Essen this week, as visitors or traders ?
I will be there Fri-Sun in Hall 2,close to the passage to outside expo,
with my Honda Dax & Monkey club.

Sadly not this year and probably never again; arthritis and miles of walking through crowded halls don't mix. Have a good visit though.

Hi Benni,

Sadly I missed you - I was there yesterday and was about to start a new thread but I'll continue this one and show some pictures from the show. And yes, I saw the Monkey Bikes - cool!

As usual it was a huge, and hugely eclectic, show. I've just included photos of some of the more unusual subjects here but have many, many more. I managed to do most of it between 9.0am and about 1.30pm, my phone tells me I walked 8km and my feet will testify to that... It's definitely worth a visit, I think this is my sixth time and it doesn't get boring.

Sorry to hear that, as a fellow sufferer. I went twelve years ago and loved it. After a recent new knee I’m hoping to go next year. If you’re fit and well its a great show.

I was on the Dax & Monkey stand from Fri to Sun, so would have missed genx , thanks for the pics.

If you are interested, check out the TC page from time to time, the organizers of last 15 years are no more,

next year another organizer -familiar with classic shows- will take over.

We are not sure if the concept will change. I hope for things to continue, as I find the mix between top-restored classics,

used classics, tools / workshop / materials / parts suppliers, and the "Club" stands a great mix.

Where else can you buy a washer or grommet for 50ct or a "factory-spec restored" pre-war luxury car for 10m ?
