MGB repower - V6 3500 260hp/W58 box

Hey guys, wondering if I have enough gearbox capacity to turbo this beast??
Say up from 260hp to 320hp???

T5 should take it as would the getrag, but after 350/400hp both are in the grey, marginal areas. Old all syncho E Jag box would be fine.
