Wow! That looks stunningly well made, and has extremely arresting looks.... but like the OP I'm not sure I actually like it.
Also, I can't see that well from the pictures, but it looks like a single seater - in the pic with the bloke grinning away behind the wheel he looks pretty central.

yeah, it does kind of look like it should be on a pedestal somewhere.
Car's should be driven and look like it.
One of the local JEC members brought a lovely looking XK120 to the bonnets up a couple of years ago. It looked like he'd spent hours cleaning and polishing it. He'd then obviously driven it "briskly" across country to the meeting. The front was a veritable killing field of squashed flies. Beautiful... and enjoyed.
