2CV restoration in Scotland?

Not my kind of car, but a friend of mine has a 2CV that needs a lot of work, body and mechanical (though it already has a new chassis, apparently). Is there anyone in Scotland who is familiar/specialises in these?

There used to be a garage in Chrterhall Grove, Edinburgh that was a Citroen specialist. the did work on my 2CV but this was back in the late 80's. don't know if they are still there or not ?

There name was Scotroen.
