Can anyone help me with ideas of an activity to do with about ten mates on my 30th Birthday? Can't be too expensive, has to be open on a Sunday, have done go-karts and paintballing before, has to be male and female friendly and not that far from London.

I've got a month to come up with something fairly cool, but am struggling for ideas.

How about going retro and doing what you must likely did on your 13th birthday - 10 pin bowling!

Ideally should be something outdoorsy and with some adrenaline aspect

I did a sailing weekend for my 30th, it was great fun.

Not sure of the cost but have a look at Sunsail for details.

Ah ok.

Can you find an off road centre and do a bit off roading?

Clay Pigeon Shooting (Ok maybe no adrenaline but its out doors!)

Both done already unfortunately. We do spend quite a lot of time as a group doing this type of thing. May have a look around for a quad bike safari though. Have done one before and it was great.

Not on this front unfortunately.

Still, your 4x4 suggestion got me thinking about quad biking, so I'll probably do that

Been to diggerland - pretty boring. Dumper racing was cool though!

I can recommend introductions to jetskiing, waterskiing, parascending or hang-gliding (or if you're feeling lazy, microlighting).

All great fun and something you're unlikely to do on a weekend at any other time, really. And you might find something you enjoy doing in the future.

Circle line pubcrawl. Half a pint at every station.

Hire a cottage and sort yourselves out a Murder-Mystery evening!

That's what we did last month for my 30th with 5 other couples - haven't had as big a laugh in ages, and 'cause most were staying over, nearly everyone was drinking. Everyone got in the spirit, we had some great dodgy accents, some sublime ad-libbing - all in all well worth it. Better than going to an organised one too, as you all have to act as the characters!

Cottage hire not cheap, but you can cook yourselves / do takeaway, you don't have to worry about taxis, or bar prices - 2 bottles of wine each is £10-15 for the two, not £15 a bottle.

Skid pan day? You appear to have done everything else. We did one at Castle Combe which was hilarious.

Done, done, done and done. Damn, now I realise why I am finding this difficult.

Give Paragliding a try. Basically flying down a hillside (untethered) on an inflatable wing. If you get experienced, you can ride thermals and fly around in the clouds all day!

Also try clay pigeon shooting. Cheap and cheerful, and good fun.
