Help with placing a jpg on my member link??

Have finally got some images sent to me and have found a semi suitable one I want to put on my member page.

Only problem, is I have no editing software (paintshop pro, etc) since its a works pc, the image needs to be rotated and shrunk down to a suitable size and help is needed in placing on the page itself.

Can anyone guide and help me?

Ta in advance.

I hang my head in shame at not being able to do this myself.
