Grrrrr

I have just upgraded my phone with T-Mobile, i wanted a free upgrade phone and to re-start the contract..."no problem" i was told. I was then told i had a choice of 3 phones, so i chose a Sagem. So that's that eh? Wrong, i have just got my bill...including £132 for the upgrade!!!!!

Why is the world full of stupid people??

I can't even complain as the call centre is unavailable until tomorrow!!

This sort of thing REALLY PS me off!

and when you do complain it'll be to india where they have never seen the phone and subsequently will not be able to rectify the situation anyway

S'funny, the buggers keep phoning me from their call centre in darkest Peru to say I've won a fantastic new free phone!

I keep yelling F##K OFF down the phone and they keep ringing.........

Funny old world innit?
