Question about despoit.

Do you send back despoit if buyer return stuff ?

This man want to borrow my car parts for measurement, but I dont trust him, so I ask him for despoit. 'Buyer' agrees. I got the money from him. I send the parts to him, So he goes and measure the parts, and got the data, and send my part back to me. I got my part back.

Or do I get keep my despoit? or do i send the despoit back?

If the deposit was to ensure the safe return of your parts then you should return the deposit, less any agreed fee for the use of your parts.

Agreed, I assume the deposit was only in place to ensure safe return of your parts. Now that you have the parts back I guess he should get his deposit back too.
