I had advertised my jeep on ebay, someone bought it using the buy it now function. They had zero feedback so I just sent them a polite question as to whether they will actually pay for it or not. This was the reply... (the swear filter may remove most of it)

"fk off u tt. ur jeep is st and i dont want it i fked ur mum up her wide ass i'll teach u 2 fk with my family watch ur back i am gonna make ur life hell. i am gonna leave u till last i'm gonna start with ur family then u last i'm gonna tie ur family up and rape them and the blokes i'm gonna tie them up and kick the fk in to them and i'll tell them all after why i dont it because of u"

Funny thing is I have his adress....

Time for a little fun I think.

Did he (presuming it's a he!) say why he "bought" it then?

Take four of your biggest, ugliest mates and visit his house, in order that he may inspect his new purchase...

forward it to the cops, then send him a reply asking for his middle initial, as they are making out an arrest warrant as we speak.

Remember to turn on all the taps to the cops, and make out you are totally distraught over this!

I have reported it to Ebay and I will see how they will deal with it. It does not really bother me, by the sounds of it they have a very low IQ or are about 14 years old. The most anoying part is that I have to relist the jeep.

Edited to add...

It would be quite funny to post it on here and then those that were bored (probably quite a few) use it how they see fit.

Charming...I bet they're a lovely person to know........there really has to be a way of genetically filtering out these scumbags, and a Nobel prize for someone who works out how to do it

If somebody can rant and rave at you like that for no apparent reason(and leave his address) then he could be very unpredictable, cover yourself by passing the info over to the police.Hope they can help as this guy sounds like his lift doesn't go to the top floor.

Just this very evening I've had a guy be the winning buyer on a set of alloy wheels I had up for grabs on behalf of work. I put on the auction quite clearly under no circumstances would I ship them, no postage, no couriers, no nothing.

The guy who bought them lives in Latvia.......rolleyes

True. Even a complete psycho hatstand fruit-salad out-there-tap-dancing-with-the-pixies bone-fide spacktard moon-howler wouldn't Buy-It-Now for a Landrover....at least, not if he'd owned one before.

I can see why you're upset. That many uses of 'u' and 'ur' could drive anyone to distraction.
