Paddington Bear, always wore a black hat and blue duffel coat iirc.

Slightly older kids, and film / book crossover - Ryan and Kelsi in High School Musical mostly wear hats (I have 3 daughters, I HAVE to know about these films).

Roger red hat, Jennifer yellow hat and.......someone blue hat I think. They used them when I was at school.
