Mandelson's Custard

I hear the girl who chucked a load of custard over Mandelson is not going to be charged....

"I suppose in a democracy people are entitled to have their say but I would rather people said it to my face rather than throw it..." Says Mandelson.

Does that mean we can chuck anything at politicians now?
