Hmm....if the planet is destroyed, by man or whatever, does God go too?

If not, what would be his raison d'etre? scratchchin

Are you confusing religion with creationism?

They did. It's just that if you treat it like st and never bother to get it serviced it's invalidated.

He is quite right of course...not about global warming but that God will not come to our rescue.

How crazy would you have to be to believe that some bloke who allegedly made everything, including a miyriad of traps and lots of nasty stuff, comes down at the end to save a few people who claim to believe in him. Not through factual evidence of course but by means a highly dubious book written in a different language almost 2000 years before the where born! hehe

Considering the earth has survived several large impacts, many magnetic fields reversals, and is at a small amount of risk from any gamma ray bursts that may occur in the neighbourhood, the 'threat' imaginary or otherwise caused by 'us' is minute!

If we all died out tomorrow, then some other species would take over given time. The only real threat to the planet is the death of the sun in a few billion years.

Mind you MMGW is a religion, just like Christianity! I am somewhat of a heretic!

He doesn't, he just makes it up as he goes along like all religous nutters.

God isn't able to help the planet BECAUSE HE DOESN'T EXIST!!!
