Hey quick question for the financial minded PHers out there.

When calculating Return on Capital Employed, for the capital employed element is it sufficient to use long term debt + shareholder equity or should I be including anything else in there ?

IIRC, there are different definitions of Capital Employed, but Shareholders' funds plus long term debt is a common one.
