Sometimes I really wonder whose side the judicial system is on.

Why do we even bother? Why not just let anyone who fancies committing a terrorist act just get on with it?

You're joking ? If they've done sonmething illegal, charge them and put them on trial. If not, they shouldn't be locked up.

If only it were so simple.

It is likely that the evidence against them is so sensitive and secret that it can't be put in the public domain.

Yeah, right. So hold the trial outside of the public domain, but give them a trail. Given Labour's track record, I don't like the idea of anyone being locked up because Labour think they should be...
