I'm about to remortage and fancy locking in a fixed rate for 5 years.

Any idea on the current state of long term mortgage rates, are they frozen around current levels? Might we see movement down (or up) in the near future ?

I know it's anyone's guess in credit at the moment, but would like to here the opinions of the industry experts if poss.
