See what you think and pass it on if you agree with it

We are hitting 106.9 p a litre 4% inflation in some areas now, soon we will be faced with 10% interest rates for no real reason

This makes MUCH MORE SENSE than the 'don't buy petrol monies on a certain day campaign that was going around last April or May! The oil companies banks just laughed at that because they knew we wouldn't continue to hurt ourselves by refusing to buy petrol monies. It was more of an inconvenience to us than it was a problem for them. BUT,whoever thought of this idea, has come up with a plan that can really work.

Please read it and join in!

Now that the oil companies banks and the OPEC nations Governments have conditioned us to think that the cost of a litre monies is CHEAP, we need to take aggressive action to teach them that BUYERS control the market place not sellers. With the price of petrol monies going up more each day, we consumers need to take action. The only way we are going to see the price of petrol monies come down is if we hit someone in the pocket by not purchasing their Petrol monies! And we can do that WITHOUT hurting ourselves. Here's the idea:

For the rest of this year DON'T purchase ANY petrol monies from the two biggest oil companies banks (which now are one), Northern Rock and HMRC.

If they are not selling any petrol monies, they will be inclined to reduce their prices. If they reduce their prices, the other companies will have to follow suit. But to have an impact we need to reach literally millions of Esso and BP petrol buyers voters. It's really simple to do!!

Now, don't wimp out on me at this point... keep reading and I'll explain how simple it is to reach millions of people!!

I am sending this note to a lot of people. If each of you send it to at least ten more (30 x 10 = 300)... and those 300 send it to at least ten more (300 x 10 = 3,000) ... and so on, by the time the message reaches the sixth generation of people, we will have reached over THREE MILLION consumers! If those three million get excited and pass this on to ten friends each, then 30 million people will have been contacted! If it goes one level further, you guessed it... ..

THREE HUNDRED MILLION PEOPLE!!!

etc etc etc

I wondered what the Minstrels had been doing since 'blacking up' became frowned upon.

The Daily Mail and GMTV would have a field day with this!

Did I miss the words 'sacrifice Robert Peston on the empty plinth in Trafalgar Square in a slightly gruesome but major crowd pulling public event' from the OP's post?

That's surely the only logical first step?

So let me get this straight,

The Bank of England is a separate entity which operates OUTSIDE of UK government.

It is unaccountable to our government. It is not controlled by our government. The owners of the Bank are not democratically elected or accountable to the people of Britain...

In my lifetime, i have never heard any of our prime ministers even attempt to strip the power of this private bank. I can only assume they knew exactly how the system works and have done nothing about it!!

Brown - I want you to even just attempt to change this system and place the power of the BoE in the hands of the people by the time you leave office, otherwise....furious

Our future prime minister had better change things because i don't like seeing peoples lives being played with like its some sort of sick joke!

It's interesting how it always comes as a surprise to people to learn that "central banks" aren't owned by the people.

The nationalizing of banks has been a popular ambition for many leftie governments.

Brown did hive off regulation from the BoE to the FSA. It has led towards nationalized banks... makes you wonder, huh?
