I was wondering what the demographic is for PH members and their current relationship status.

Guessing the majority are married? smokin

Off you go then. smile

NOTE: You are only a bachelor or spinster if you have never married.

The following all apply to me, so how do I vote?

yes Cohabiting
yes Other Half
yes Single
yes Spinster

I am co-habiting with my other half; because I am not married to him I am single, and a spinster because I've never married; he is a single batchelor.

Cohabiting I suppose, as its the most important to your relationship?

Me too, except I can tick the married box as well, as the other half is!

Should there not be sub-categories of 'married'?

Such as:

Happily Married
Unhappily Married
Married, but seeing my partners siblings on the side
Married, but discussing my relationship on PH with a bunch of internet strangers

How old do you have to be, before your offically a spinster?

Just I had this discussion a few weeks back with someone, and we couldn't decide.

according to the fountain of all knowledge that is wiki...
A spinster (or old maid) is a woman or girl of marriageable age who has been unwilling or unable to marry and, therefore, has no children. Socially, the term is usually applied only to women who are regarded as beyond the customary age for marriage, and is generally considered an insulting term, more degrading than the term "bachelor" for males. While men can continue to have children into their 70s or 80s, women generally become less and less able to bear children as they get older. So the term "old maid" is only applied to women who are past a child bearing age but have never married.

Please note "and, therefore, has no children".

So no, you aren't classed as a spinster, just a harlot winkhehe
