I'm talking 1979!

I had a Stretch Hulk.

It melted on the sofa in the sun!

hehe Blast from the past!

I'm sure I had a farm set and a jungle set - but mixed them all up so I had a farm yard full of monkeys, lions and tigers.

Never had one but what the hell was a Peter Powell stunt Kite ?

The best toy I never had was the James Bond briefcase with camera etc and concealed weapons , worth a fortune nowadays as they weren't that common.

I had one. But there is no way that is going to sell for 4k+

I have about fifty handheld LED electronic games from the 1970's and early 1980's. A few years back some of them were changing hands for quite a lot of money, but prices on a lot of this stuff have fallen back quite a bit in the past two years or so.

Slightly off topic, but much fun was had from a simple playing card pegged onto your bike frame in the rear spokes - instant motorbike! The simple things.....

I remember being highly jealous of my mate who had a model aircraft carrier that you rigged up a wire to the end of the room, on which you could fire off a phantom type jet fighter which would turn round & come back in to land - can not remember what it was called, but great fun when you were about 9 years old.

I didnt have stickle bricks - I had lego instead.

But, talking about Britains Farms, I do remember:

I filled the pond with squash to make it a bit more real.

And also:

... it also had a horse box - but I sacked that off and raced the Landy round the garden
