I was all set to at her for being thick, but:

• she didn't name the company
• she didn't do it on work time
• the sort of job that a 16 year old does at a logistics company is going to be boring

If I were her I would be looking into an unfair dismissal claim as the MD sounds like a right tool.

One of the places I work have a useless admin office. They moan when you ask them to do anything, always knock off early, and can be quite rude on occasion. I can see from their facebook pages that they just fk about at work all the time and even take pictures of each other arsing about. They slag the place off as well. They are old enough to know better and if the boss saw them I think he would be within his rights to sack them off. We all swing the lead on occasion and moan about work, but to document it (complete with pictures, names, places, etc. ) on facebook is demented!
