I'll go first... I'm a Project Manager in Commissioning for my local PCT.
I used to (a long time ago)as an auditor. I still have a lot of friends there.
This is great news for the lowest paid members of staff but the problem is that it removes differentials which will cause upward pressure on the other pay bands.
