How hard are they to take off?

What sort of Saab 900 - classic or the GM-based one? In case of the first, old style with 'separate' bumpers and a straight front of the later style with integrated bumpers and sloping front?

Sorry my Saab knowledge is minimul its a 96 convertable I bought it last october filthy cheap & want to give the bumpers a refurb before I move it on.
