Yes me The Fords off the road for a couple of weeks (needs a little repair after nodding off whilst driving recently ) so the Griffs now my daily drive. You two going to Thoresby on Monday ?

James car is off the road (AGAIN) as well ; he swerved to miss a car in the middle of the road on a bend on a country road and finished up running up a bank into a drystone wall. He's ok but pushed the front of his mini in an inch or two

Darren, I'm not busting my balls to get there early, so plan to be passing Barlborough (Dobbies Garden Centre) about 0945 to get to Thoresby about 1015, so let me know if you want to meet up

QBee It's a classic car and bike show on Monday at Thoredby and yes anyone can come. There's usually quite a few TVRs there with a collection from South-yorks and the East-Mids TVRCC. It's a not TVRCC event, but we do have a section. Advise to anyone who wants to join us in the TVR section to get there before 10.30am or it could be park in the public car park for them.

Thanks Kevin - how many cars in total at the show? My father in law is coming to stay for the week, so the search is on for entertaining things to do where the old fart can chain smoke to his heart's content. Might not bring the TVR - it's desperate for a front end respray so is letting the side down.

Mine has suffered 4 RAF Marham track days, where it got shot blasted with tiny stones off the main runway. I have polished and polished, but Starmist Blue Jelly over white undercoat is unforgiving.
