Black S in Kent on Dutch Plates

Just had a call from my friend who looks after my wedge.
He is in Kent and just spotted a nice Black S approaching the A2/M2 in Kent (he was a little vague on location!)
But hopefully there aren't 2 Dutch Black S Series TVRs in Kent right now?
He did wonder if it was heading to/from a show or just happened to be in the UK.

Yep saw the same black S(?3) heading into Deal at 10 am this morning - looked nicely sorted with chrome hood stays and a very neat exhaust system.
Also spotted (whisper) a couple of MGBs and a Mustang convoying, also on Dutch plates so presumably some sort of organised tour ??
Incidentally - 3 Le Mans style BMW barges all stickered up Southbound near Dover - best guess was heading to the Nurburgring 24 hrs ??
