The Sagaris has been exported (DVLA record), they've just left the front number plate on. The road taxed expired in July, so probably early this year. It's only 20 yrs old so perhaps it was to Canada, or they found a way round the 25 year rule?

They could have sold the plate for a few quid before its export but probably don't need it. Helps identify it.
