Anyone bought this car recently (well, this year anyhow) or know anyone who did?

What do you (they) reckon to it? Want to sell it?

I stupidly changed it for a new M3, which as it turns out is the most idiotic thing I've ever done. I can't remember the last time I drove such a dull, lifeless car and desparately want my Elise back!

Will look at other Elises but would love to get mine back again.

C'mon - somebody has to own it!...

I traded it at Sytners BMW in Leicester, so it may well have either gone to Storm (JD Brammel) in Leicester or Peter Smith at Derby. Would love to find out what happened to it even I can't get it back. Any help greatly appreciated.

Hardly a unique car. Why not just buy another similar one? or go for a new 11R or Exige?

Perhaps mr sternums urgency to get his car back has something to do with £3.5m worth of gold bullion hid in the boot lining of the elise??

Doubtful. You would be hard pressed to hide £10 in pound coins in the boot of an Elise

Maybe it's the car in which he first had sex?

perhaps its modified with an 600cc smart car engine, allowing large amounts of room, for the bullion.
