Bought my S2 Elise last night with a great discount as there was no service history and the dealer seemed clueless as to how to sell this sort of car.

I even got money off as the dealer said he would valet the car and only gave it a basic clean. I thought I would give it a hoover out this morning and guess what I found under the passenger seat, a fully stamped Lotus Sevice book and owners manual.

Very happy, the sun has even started to shine.

The only bad thing about the day so far is, I am playing golf this afternoon instead of driving.

Bring on the weekend.

It wasn't us.... we always remove the seats in the hope of finding loose change.

you never find much though as it makes too much noise!

The seats looked easy enough to remove so might have a look this weekend. I hope I find at least £1 then I will be buying a lottey ticket. How lucky can you get, fingers crossed.

Let me know what the numbers are...

Make sure you have the correct long & ball ended allen keys to get the seats out, or you will find the seats are hard to remove, and even worse to get back in.
