How did your Viper fare against the assorted Lotus machinery?

It wasnt a track day, there was a classic race meet all sorts of exotic very expensive race cars going around the track. We all parked in an area behind the paddock, and the viperclub happened to be next to the elises/exiges. No esprits though?

I've been to a Donnington track day as a viper passenger though, those pesky elises certainly are good on track espically through the corners if a little short on speed passed the pits. 10 minutes from the end of the day there was a light shower, and unfortunately you guessed it.. a elise lost it into the armco. Not a good way to finish the day

A colleague at work has had a standard yellow S1 (except sporty exhaust) from new, we've been out playing a few times and he's always having to play catch up, he admits for fast road use he needs more upmff and could do with slighty wider tyres. Its a 'V' plated car think he's only done around 6K miles with a few trips to N'burg/Spa making up most of the miles and he doesnt want to 'invest' any more into it

Down a country lane I doubt very much I'd keep up with him.
