Yep, I get forbidden from their website too. Perhaps you could let them know when you speak to them.

John I did not mention your scratch as I was looking to make my own opinion.

They were extreemly helpfull and compared to a main dealer very reasonable on price, as for their website they are aware it is down and will try and sort it out.

I'm glad you didn't! I wasn't seriously suggesting you should.

Incidentally, I've no issues with their mechanical competence, just think their customer service could have been a little better.
