Rockingham - What can I expect?

Another newbie to the forum. I'm lucky enough to have a Mark 2 Type 49 (not to everyone's taste but I love it!). I am off to Rockingham to do the Lotus Driving Skills 1 a week Saturday. Anyone know what I should expect from this? Is it any good? Unfortunately at the time of booking I didn't know about the factory courses.

I suspect there will be some tarmac, sheep-shagging, wife-swapping and glue-sniffing, interspersed with a spot of driving (what? what?)
