OK, only seen 3 in about 3 months since I started looking for them.
don't know all my models by sight yet, so basics will have to do

A yellow Elise in Ashbourne and Sainsbury's carpark at the Wyvern.

A silver Elise round and about Derby a couple of times now.

A dark grey/silver Exige last night on Markeaton Island at about 6pm

Anyone here?

Sounds like you and Fish will have to join up to seloc and mloc and post on their 'spotted' boards. (If you haven't already, of course)

The one I saw was coming from the Sheffield direction towards the A38 to Brum direction?, unless you went round the island twice that is

That island is about to get manic when they start the roadworks, as if it is'nt bad enough already

Anyway if it was you

Joined up to both, but put my home email in for the midlands one, so can't validate till I get home

Not sure whats happened with seloc, can't seem to get passes pressing the register button, couldn't find where to put a password in?

Neither are as easy to get around as on here are they? h well, will try and liven them up at somepoint

No, they're not as user friendly as good 'ole PH.
I'll check about the password situation.

Lisa, Seloc will e-mail you with a password. You can then access the site and your profile and edit the password.
Good luck, and have fun with the 111R. (not that I'm jealous, of course )

Lots of good stuff in the Lotus section on www.british-cars.com as well Mrs F. You also get some amusing trolls as there are no moderators

Mrs F, stick to PH, as you said, it's so much more reader friendly. Also we're much more friendly & sociable.

I have joined seloc & mloc but don't often visit, preferring to spend my time here instead.

I hope you enjoy your new car.

I am still getting used to my S2 Exige and adapting my driving accordingly. Got my first trackday in it on Monday.

If you look around the Sinfin area you may spot mine - it is old English white - not many of them around.

If I spot you I'll flash my lights and wave, so if you see a bird with long dark hair in an dk blue MX5 it will be me. Otherwise I'll be in a bright red Elise when we get it

Welcome to PH btw

Interesting to read you had a T350. Had a test drive prior to plumping for the Elise. Not appropriate for me as my every day car - just too noisy, but the looks are almost persuasive.

I own a silver T reg S1 stored at my girlfriend's in Aston-on-Trent so I only get to drive it at the weekends (you don't say whether its an S1 or S2 you've seen).
