Does anyone know if the S2 passenger and driver seats are inter-changeable? I'm sending them off to get them re-covered but need to use the car everyday so will have to do it one at a time.
Also, are they fairly straightforward to remove?
Cheers

If they are like S1 seats... only one is adjustable.. so they arnt interchangeable, its also possible that they are rotated a little and the seats might be specific left and right with the fixing placements... but not 100% sure on that...
I wouldnt say they where hard to remove.... just rather fiddly....

The seats are not interchangeable, as stated above, only the drivers seat has adjustment so has different mounting holes.

Seats are dead easy to remove just undo all 4 bolts (6mm allen bolts iirc)and disconnect the seatbelt (17mm spanner). oh, and you will only be able to remove the seats with the roof off.

The seats themselves could possibly be swapped if you also unbolt them from the seat frame and then swap these over.

So putting the passenger seat itself on the driver's slider frame and then putting that back into the car.

Not sure how strongly 'handed' the seat shells themselves are.

Bye, Arno.
