Well we picked up our new toy yesterday morning from Chris Neils, in the rain pi$$ed it down all the way home, so car went from spanking clean to downright dirty in the space of an hour and a half. Fish drove it home, whilst I followed in the MX5, but I managed to get my hands on it once we got home, by taking it on its first shopping trip to Sainsburys

It feels great to drive, even though I had to keep it below 4000 revs, quite difficult to do. Can't wait till its run in and I can start it properly. Even though there is no power steering it is incredibly light, so no problems there, it is also very easy to drive, much easier than the T350c and it is so responsive. It feels like you are driving a go kart but much easier on the steering and I feel very small in it

The pedals take a little bit of getting used to, as my natural right foot position is hovering over the brake so I have to try and remember where my feet are, although I was starting to get used to it after a half an hour.

I still need to master a more elegant way of getting in and out of the damn thing, definitely need to wear trousers for the forseeable

We have encountered one problem with it so far... it leaks The floor mats were soaking wet in both footwells, is this a usual problem or do we have a duff?

Other than that, I think we will have much fun with the little thing.

And just to finish off I ought to add some piccies, had to give it a wash first though, didn't think I would have to do that so soon.

Nope, still love the T350c

You're right about the lack of space in the Lotus though, am definitely going to have to pack light when we go anywhere in it.....

....unless I just wear all the clothes, which means I will have room for more shoes in the back

Shouldnt leak that much, though you may get the odd dribble, i'd check its fitted properly, otherwise one to have looked at on the 1k service

We weren't going to put it on the Lotus because of the TVR tone, but Fish likes the plate, and it saves keeping it on retention, so we decided what the hell. Plus the smaller front plate looks better

I beg to differ, after driving it on some single track roads yesterday, that you couldn't really call smooth
