I was looking at buying a 111s in the next year but then I thought that I could just get a normal 118bhp Elise and put the Honda engine in.
Is there much that has to be changed to have the Honda engine in it? A list of bits that are required would be great.
I was thinking that you would save loads doing it yourself.

Thanks in advance for the help/thoughts.

As far as I know the two kits that people reccomend are both dealer fit only. try http://forums.seloc.org for more info

you might save about a grand or so in labour....I would let someone else do it, get a warranty on the work and some comeback. Maidstone or Blink both offer a fast turnaround on kit install (3 days) with warranties.

Neither provide a kit only.

There is a US company that offer kits but I'd steer well clear. The issues are well documented on Seloc. I don't recall the company name but a search with Honda should bring it up.

I agree with bogie's advice; both companies have done quite a few now and you'll get a good job done.
