RIGHT HERE GOES! Looking at buying el'beast in the next few month and its common for prices to fall during the winter periods like now.

But when do the prices start to go back up?

Advertised prices don;t change much but people tend to get better deals. I'd say the prices will stay like that until the weather picks up feb/march/april

Prices are generally up in the spring i.e March/April when the weather brightens b4 the summer and during the summer. But not by much. On a whole its probably EASIER to sell a car at this time rather than to get a premium.

Elises go on age and particualary mileage so for the limited enthusiast crowd (like me) it dont matter whether the sun is out or not. If its the right car then you'll have it. But know the market and whats going on with the various models and incarnations.

Keep an eye on the forums to get a jist of the general prices at the time as it is v.easy to pay over and under the odds due to the 'specialist' following.

Plenty out there at similiar prices but don't be sold by the shiny bodywork as the underneath needs much more attention.
