Fitting an amp in an Elise????

Im looking into fitting a 4 way amp into my Elise.

Just to give the speakers some more power!!

Has anybody else put an amp in?

Where did you put it?

You can fit a small amp above the passenger footwell.

Which makes it easier to run a power cable from the battery and the pre outs from the head unit.

Then run speaker cables inside the central divider.

The previous owner of my S1 fitted one behind the drivers seat, yes you have to run the cable form the battery a little further but conversly you have smaller runs to the alpine units in the corners.

I have an S2!! So the batteries moved hasnt it??

I cant find a small amp anywhere!! Well not one that will fit above the passenger footwell!!

Anybody know of where I could get an Elise size amp??
