Hinge cover panel - which model?

I'm having a bit of clear out and have found this hinge cover panel from (I assume) an Elise. Can anyone identify which specific model it is from?

Forgot about this thread - thanks for the info! On the ones I can see on ebay it looks like there is a different profile cutout for the indicator. Do you know if this changed at some point during production?

No I think yours is aftermarket
