door panel removal?

Please help my door panels which are fixed by those awful plastic screws will not undo? is there a special way of undoing them? without damage!

I had a similar problem with some of mine.
I ended up putting a flathead screwdriver under the head of the screw and pulled on it to withdraw it a little, the pressure on the screw then meant it could either be unscrewed successfully or in a couple of cases gave me enough of the screw to get some pliers on it and just pull it out.
You can get replacements from Halfords if need be.
