Scuffs and scratches.
Discussion
I've just got myself a 2nd hand 111s
and I'm obviously over the moon! There are the usual stone chips on the front which I can live with but there are also some scuff marks on the rear of the car and the hard top. Some little g*t decided it would be funny to run across the top of a lotus....
Anyway, does anyone have any suggestions other than a re-spray which I won't do, for getting rid of these small scuffs. Its a titanium colour, can you get paint sticks or would something like teacut (I think that's what it's called) be better????

Firstly - Well done that man!
Secondly - Sorry I don't know! www.ewelmecoachworks.com could probably help but I guess you dont want to spend any cash right now...

There is a rubbing compound that paint shops use which can get rid of light scuffing etc. I had a couple done by Sinclaires of Romford if you are near them?
It was very impressive, got most of what looked like a deepish scratch in the roll bar cover out (still a slight mark, but beats a respray). Also managed to take a scuff out of my armorfend protective film (which I didn't expect to work - thought it would just make it go cloudy).
Anyway I guess this stuff is similar to T-cut, but I liked having a professional body shop do it instead of hoping I'd get it right.
They actually did it for free whilst fitting my sports exhaust and induction.
