This has been described in many instances on this forum but I thought I'd share something that works well for me.

I bought a second hand synchrometer for my mk1 Tuscan and the chap I bought it off included a 3D printed adapter. It fits very well over the throttle aperture and the synchrometer rubber nose. It made my measurements very easy to do even in the cramped space available. Anyone seen this before?

I don't have the 3D printing files but I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard to replicate.

I've done the same with a piece of silicone hose, makes it so much easier...

Don't recall there being a fitting issue with my one. Then again, it came with the car and someone may have already fitted one.

The silicone hose fits over the TB spigot so you don't need to hold it with one hand whilst adjusting the screw and lock nut with just one hand...
