What sat nav?

Looking to buy a sat nav tomorrow for a weekend euro-hoon. Can someone please recommend a decent Tomtom model that's reasonably priced and doesn't require any kind of paid for subscription.

Even if it has a subscription for traffic most of the tomtoms come with a year's subscription so you don't have to pay straight away. Also if you don't resubscribe the unit still works, you just lose speed camera updates, live traffic etc.

Have a look at totalPDA who sell refurbs.

I'm on my 4th satnav and am currenly on a Via125 Europe which is very good.
