Volvo RTI disc

Hi guys, new to the forums.

Does anyone know where I can buy a Volvo Rti disc (road and traffic information) for my sat nav? I can just find backups which won't work. It needs to be compatible with a Volvo XC90 MY2003-2006

I have, but they've quoted £190 for the disc, which IMHO is a rip off.
