CarPlay device

My 1st generation XC90 has an aftermarket motorised screen that is indistinguishable from the original factory fit screen. This is connected to a WinCE device that ran a satnav system but that’s given up in some way. The screen still works so I wondered if it’s possible to buy a CarPlay box / device that will output to the existing touchscreen device?
