A Question Of Time!

I recently bought a TomTom 730 and so far very pleased. However, today I notice the time on the unit is one hour behind. I have read through the manual, but can't find how to change it. Could someone help please?

1) Tap centre of screen
2) Tap 'Preferences'
3) Use the 'Right Arrow' to scroll through to the last page of the preferences
4) Tap 'Set clock'
5) Select how to display the time, then tap 'Done'
6) Use the arrows to enter the time
7) Tap 'Done'
